Yes every piece is made by hand by Carla herself, including the clasps. Nothing is outsourced. The subtle variations you see are the trace of a maker's hand.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Most designs are made in very small numbers two or three at most. Many pieces are entirely one of a kind.
